COURSE DETAILS.

Introduction.

The contents of the Bespoke training are prepared to meet the expectations of the company requesting the training.

Examples include:

Companies in the supply chain who need to know more about RSPO Supply Chain Certification and who want to become RSPO SC Certified.
Specific training to cover a particular subject.
Any individual who wants to learn more about RSPO and the RSPO certification.

Topics that can be covered. The exact format will be proposed as part of a formal offer for he training:

Summary of the origins of Palm Oil Products.
The difference between “Claims” and “Communication”.
The difference between Traders and Distributors.
Identity Preserved supply chain model in brief.
Segregated supply chain model in detail.
Mass Balance supply chain model in detail with examples of accounting systems.
Book and Claim supply chain model as applicable to end product manufacturers (final consumer products).
Multi-site certification.
Food service industry. (Restaurants and fast food outlets etc.,).
General supply chain requirements – in addition to individual supply chain model requirements.
Use the RSPO Trademark.
Fundamental chemistry and the simple explanation of the RSPO requirements.
Closure of non-conformities.

CMT documents, which have been designed to help both auditors and the industry to prepare for an SCC audit and are working documents.

Duration.

Experience shows that a 5 to 6 hr course covers most company expectations.

Certificates of attendance.

A certificate of attendance will be given to all delegates.

Indicative costs for on-line training.

Base fee £1,200.00 for up to 4 delegates.

Additional fees to base fee for more delegates:

5 to 10 delegates. Base fee + £400.00.
11 to 20 delegates. Base fee + £600.00.
20 plus delegates. Base fee + £1,000.00. (Maybe split into 2 groups over 2 days).
